All submissions, including regular papers, papers for design contest and tutorial proposals, have to be made through the EDAS portal by logging in to http://www.edas.info/. Those who do not have an EDAS account will need to create one. After logging in, click 'submit paper' button and choose 'TENCON 2008' after a list of conferences is displayed.

All papers must conform to standard IEEE double-column format and must be submitted as 'pdf' files not exceeding 6 pages including text, figures, tables and references. Tutorial proposals may be submitted in free format with double-line spacing not exceeding 10 pages. All accepted papers will be archived in IEEExplore.
